Residential roofing includes asphalt shingle, metal, cedar and low-slope roof systems where appropriate. We evaluate the roof surface together with flashing, penetrations, ventilation and sheathing so the recommendation reflects the complete assembly.
Commercial Roofing
Commercial service may include leak investigation, membrane repair, replacement planning, preventive maintenance, roof coatings where suitable, and TPO, PVC, EPDM or modified-bitumen systems.
Multifamily Roofing

Repair and Leak Investigation
We repair isolated roofing defects when the surrounding roof still has sufficient condition to justify repair. Leak investigation follows the probable water path through roof surfaces, flashing, penetrations and transitions.
Roof Replacement
Replacement may be appropriate when failures are widespread, repairs are recurring, the roofing surface has deteriorated substantially or the underlying assembly requires larger corrective work.
