Signs Worth Investigating
Condensation on attic surfaces, staining that does not correlate with rainfall, rusted fasteners, damp insulation, mold-like growth or repeated winter moisture may justify a broader building-envelope review.
Do Not Diagnose Condensation From the Roof Surface Alone
Moisture can involve ventilation, insulation, interior air leakage and mechanical conditions. Roofing work should not be sold as the automatic solution without evidence.
